Can I ask for a custom design?
Yes! We love making special pieces. Just call us or send a message on WhatsApp. Tell us what you want, and we will help you choose the best design.
My Order
Where is my order confirmation?
We usually send a message right away. If you don't see it, please check your 'Junk' folder or just call us. We will find it for you.
How to Pay
How do I pay?
You can pay using Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. We will show you the account numbers after you finish shopping.
What do I do after I pay?
Please take a photo or a 'screenshot' of the successful payment. Send this photo to us on WhatsApp so we can start making your order.
Parcel Delivery
How long will it take to arrive?
Everything is made by hand with love. It usually takes 5 to 15 days to reach your home. We will let you know as soon as it is on its way.
Can I change my home address?
Yes, if we haven't sent the parcel yet. Call us quickly and we will change it for you.
I have a problem
What if I don't like it or it is broken?
Don't worry. If there is a problem, we will fix it or make a new one for you. Just tell us within a week of getting your parcel.
